Kaitlyn E. McCracken is an attorney at SeidenFreed LLC. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. Kaitlyn served as the Law Clerk to the Honorable Deborah J. Venezia, Superior Court of New Jersey, Presiding Judge, Chancery Division, Family Part, Middlesex County, from 2023-2024 and for the Honorable Sarika Kapoor, Acting Justice of the Supreme Court of New York, Nassau County, from 2022 – 2023.

Kaitlyn attended the Catholic University of America where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Politics. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2022. While studying at Hofstra University, Kaitlyn served as a student attorney in the Youth Advocacy Clinic, where she gained experience in family law matters. Ms. McCracken also worked as a law clerk and legal intern for a boutique family law firm in Garden City, New York during her time in law school.
